Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply between Xlorin (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”) in relation to website development services. By engaging Xlorin for a project, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Our Services

Xlorin primarily provides:

  • Website development (WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor)
  • Custom theme and plugin development
  • Website design (UI/UX)
  • Website maintenance and support
  • Hosting-related assistance

The scope of each project will be specified separately in the quotation/agreement. Any work not mentioned in the quotation (extra features, extra pages, extra revisions) may be chargeable separately.

2. Quotation & Payment

  • A quotation will be provided before the project starts, specifying the scope, timeline, and price.
  • Work generally begins only after an advance payment (usually a percentage of the total cost) is received. The remaining amount is to be paid in stages before/after delivery, as per the agreement.
  • Work will not commence without the advance payment.
  • Xlorin reserves the right to pause work temporarily if payment becomes overdue.

3. Timeline & Delivery

  • The project timeline stated in the quotation/agreement is an estimate; it may change if the client delays providing information or feedback.
  • Delivery may be delayed if the client fails to provide necessary content, images, logos, or other information on time, and Xlorin will not be held responsible for such delays.

4. Revision Policy

  • Each project includes a fixed number of free revisions (as stated in the quotation).
  • Once the free revision limit is exceeded, each additional revision will be charged separately.
  • Requests for an entirely new design/concept are not considered a revision and will be quoted as new work.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of the website (including source code) will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been completed.
  • Until payment is complete, the website/code remains the property of Xlorin.
  • Xlorin reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio/marketing, unless the client objects in writing.

6. Hosting & Domain

  • Clients may use their own hosting/domain or obtain hosting through Xlorin.
  • Renewal of hosting/domain is the client’s responsibility, unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.
  • Xlorin is not responsible for website downtime caused by incorrect or late renewal.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing required content, images, logos, and information on time.
  • Providing login credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) correctly and on time.
  • Ensuring that any content/images supplied by the client are copyright-compliant — Xlorin is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-supplied content.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable for work already completed.
  • If Xlorin is unable to continue the project for any reason, the amount for the unworked/remaining portion will be refunded.

9. Liability

  • Xlorin is not liable for issues arising from third-party plugins/themes/hosting after the website launch, unless covered under a maintenance agreement.
  • Xlorin is not liable for any business losses (lost revenue, data loss, etc.) resulting from the use of the website.

10. Confidentiality

  • Xlorin will keep the client’s business information (business data, credentials, strategy) confidential and will not share it with third parties.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
